What is your shipping policy?
J.A. Air Center ships United Parcel Service or Federal Express. U.S. Postal Service is offered for Accessories and Software Only. Rates vary depending on type of service and destination.
In order to ship your order, you must supply a physical street address. If you must place an order with a P.O. box or APO or FPO address, please call 1-800-323-5966 to place your order. Currently, we ship online purchases only to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. In addition, if you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please note that you may not select the "Ground Service" option.
What is your return policy?

What is GARMIN’s warranty policy?
GARMIN's Limited Warranty Policy warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, GARMIN International Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor; however, the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. GARMIN International, Inc. assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of use.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Original 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Every GARMIN product is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of retail purchase. In the unlikely event that your GARMIN product should require service during the warranty period, please follow the instructions below to obtain warranty service.
When you contact the Technical Support group (see GARMIN contact telephone numbers above), please have available the serial number of the unit, your return shipping address, and daytime telephone number. The Tech Support Representative will provide you with a Return Material Authorization tracking number (RMA#) and shipping instructions. Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the unit and ship it (insured) to the following address:

What is your tax policy?
J.A. Air Center is obligated to charge sales Illinois State Sales Tax of 7.00% Sales Tax for orders with a shipping address physically located within Illinois.
Is my purchase secure?
Do you sell or otherwise give third parties information obtained during the online purchase process?

Are there software or hardware requirements for ordering? Yes. You will need an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)-capable browser. SSL is an encryption technology that scrambles a message so that only the recipient can unscramble it. URLs that begin with "https://" are using SSL. (Think of the "s" as standing for "secure.")

What do I do if I'm having problems ordering online?

Will you charge my credit card if the item I have ordered is not in stock?
Yes, your card is charged when your order is placed on our store.
